Your responsibilities:
- Execution of projects for structured wiring of buildings in all areas of the electrical trade, including lighting and security technology for retail shops and other sites
- Independent oversight of projects for which you are responsible
- Planning of materials, personnel and subcontractors
- Ongoing project monitoring (quality, quantity, time and costs), participation in project meetings, management of post-project tasks, preparation and approval of measurements
Your Background:
- You have first-class training, e.g. in electrical/communication technology, or you are a state-certified technician, master craftsperson or engineer
- You have professional experience managing projects and/or building sites
- You have an understanding of commercial topics and are very cost-conscious in your work
- You have extensive technical knowledge and are very familiar with the relevant rules and regulations
- Knowledge of German construction contract procedures (VOB) is advantageous
- Solid IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, planning tools)
- You have an above-average level of commitment and team spirit
- Good social skills, strong organisational and communication skills, professional attitude
